Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your ScrubX. If you're not fully satisfied, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

• Proof of purchase is required.

How to start a return: Email us at soarescommercial@gmail.com with your order number, and we'll guide you through the process.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Faulty or damaged items are eligible for a free replacement or full refund — just get in touch with photos of the issue.
